Frequently Asked Questions about Parties at 3 House Club:

When can I have a party? 
We run two parties every Saturday and two every Sunday.  Rent on Saturday is from 11:00 to 14:00 (party from 11:30 to 13:30) and from 15:30 to 18:30 (party from 16:00 to 18:00) rent on Sunday is from 10:30 to 13:30 (party from 11:00 to 13:00) and from 15:00 to 18:00 (party from 15:30 to 17:30). We also do week day parties (lunch time or earlier evening) or Friday at 16:15 at 15% discount- please contact us to check availability.

How long is the party?
We rent the club exclusively for three hours to host a birthday party. The party is normally two hours but you will have 30 min before the party and 30 minutes after the party to round up.

What is the space like? 
We have two floors, parking and outside play area.  Ground floor is a café where table for food are set up. The first floor has two rooms. One room is where all the children entertainment takes place. Another room next door is where parents can socialise or have their snacks and drink

How many children can you accommodate?
We usually take up to 35 children plus parent.

Can I just rent the space?
Yes. The minimum service we provide is rent, cleaning and one person to help during the party. However, we can organise the whole party including decoration, entertainment, food for children and parents, cake, party bags, etc. Just add on what you like from the price list to estimate the cost.

How do I book the party?
We can schedule a meeting for you to come to have a look around and go through everything in details. If you decide to go ahead and book the place, we require full payment for rent upfront to guarantee your place (not refundable) and you would pay the remaining amount at least seven days before the party.

How many cars can park at the club?
The parking can fit around eight cars.  Guests will buzz the gate at the arrival and we open it.

What entertainment do you offer? 
Our entertainment is adjusted to a child’s age and to his favourite characters. 

For 1 to 3 years birthday party, the programme is based on live music with children playing along with instruments, action rhymes and songs with puppets, simple story telling, bubbles, and parachute games.  An alternative would be (free of charge) that we can just set up activity room with a soft play-area, put the music or rent a ball pond and hopping animals (there is an extra charge to rent ball pond).

For 4-6 years old We usually start with some tattoos or facepainting. After all guests arrive the programme is based on either a story improvisation or magic followed by games with music (musical statutes, chairs, pass the parcel, etc) and dancing.

If entertainment is taken for two hours, the entertainer comes down with the kids and make either more tattoos/facepainting or balloon making.

7-12 years old:
For older children we organise disco parties, street art sessions, live animals shows, make up or science parties. The entertainment for older children is minimum for two hours and prices may vary depending on the theme.

Do entertainers wear costumes?
Yes, our entertainers can be dressed up as pirates, princesses, ballerinas, superheroes, etc.

Can you organise a special guests?
For an additional fee we can organise special guests visits such as Peppa Pig, Minnie and Mickey Mouse, etc.

Can you organise face-painting?
Yes, we can also provide an amazing facepainter who can stay for the duration of the whole party and make detailed facepainting for all the children. See the photos.

Can you organise a birthday cake?
- just send us a photo of the cake you like and we make it!

What does your decoration include? 
Please see our photos. Decoration includes setting and decorating the table (table cloth, confetti, plates, cups, napkins), helium balloon for guests, foil balloon for birthday child, hanging ceiling decorations and banners, balloons at the entrance and balloons upstairs on the windows as well as wall decoration.

What can you advise for the theme?
We can make any theme for the decoration but if you need some guidance these are the most popular themes by age:

What is the difference between thematic and general decoration? 
If a theme decoration is ordered (i.e. Frozen, Pirates, Peppa Pig), all above decorations will reflect the theme. If it is a general one, we just use colours appropriate to the age/gender of your child.

If I buy my own decoration, can you set it up for me?  
Yes. You will need to drop decorations at the Club a day in advance (see our price list for charges). We can also fill up latex and foil balloons with helium. 

What is included in the party bags? 
Usually it is a book or toy or art activity set with some sweets, all individually wrapped and decorated with ribbons.

What does food for children include? 
It is freshly made just before the party. The main menu are sandwiches (ham and cheese, egg and mayo and tuna), pizza margarita (or pasta), vegetables, children crisps (e.g. pombears) or popcorn, fresh fruit, apple and orange juice and water. Other alternatives are possible (like fish and chips).

Can you provide food for adults?  We can serve finger food, soft and alcohol drinks to parents or hosts can bring their own food. Finger food includes fruit, pastries (for morning parties), dips with vegetables and crisps, cheese platter and sandwiches. Pastries are replaces by pizza for the afternoon parties. Teas and coffees can be served on order.
