Mind -Body: create a better balance!

Rivka Mennesson (Psychotherapist, MA, PGDip) a physiologist will talk about:

  • Anxiety

  • Perfectionism

  • Occasional Panic Attack

  • Anger Management.

The first step to understand, the second to prevent to be overwhelmed by our emotions.

Explained by a psychotherapist with ideas about how to contain emotions with our children.

Our second speaker, Netta Imber (Yoga Therapist for mental health) will talk about:

  • Yoga Therapy combines yoga postures, breading techniques and mindfulness to deal with stress, anxiety and other states of imbalance in the nervous system, which we come across in daily life.

  • By understanding the basics of the nervous system, we can use the body and the breathing to control mental state.

  • With practical tools from a yoga therapist for mental health and practise,we can train ourselves a desired reaction to daily stressors.
