YOGA for Pregnancy Workshop-Saturday, 18th February, 1:30-3:30pm.

Stay fit and calm during your pregnancy! Join Monika Friedman this Saturday, February 18th, for a 2-hour pregnancy YOGA session!

The workshop will start at 1:30 pm and finish at 3:30 pm. After YOGA, you will get a nice cup of tea & biscuits and the chance to connect with the other mums-to-be! 

Here's what you will learn at this YOGA workshop:

  • Relaxing breathing techniques,
  • Challenging yet safe yoga poses and
  • A soothing meditation to relax yourself and your baby!

Monika Friedman is a certified teacher for Vinyasa Flow and Pre/Post-Natal YOGA. She runs YOGA classes for mums-to-be across London to help them feel relaxed and fit during pregnancy.
