So, make sure you sign up for this event and start getting ready! Get a mat, some nice comfy leggings and a big bag of enthusiasm and show up on Tuesday, 4th September, at 12 o'clock! We'll be doing yoga for one hour. :D Do not worry! The session is designed for beginners level.
A few words about James Chapman
James Chapman began practising Yoga after years of suffering from a chronic back condition whilst working in the city as a senior IT analyst for a major law firm. Trained in Hatha, Kundalini, Scaravelli, Hot and Restorative Yoga, he has an intelligent and considered approach with the ability to deconstruct classical postures and adapt them to the needs of individuals. He has spent many years working at leading Yoga centres, gyms, the corporate field, 1-1, extensively with people suffering from mental health conditions, addictions, stress and I have also taught international workshops and retreats. He has a ten-year unbroken daily meditation & pranayama practice in which time I have fully explored many techniques, meditation and the breath are key elements to my practice and teaching along with strengthening exercises and classical asana.
