Slow Flow Yoga and Meditation.

A gentle flowing practice offering the opportunity to move in a more mindful way with greater awareness, whilst still challenging yourself. The class will include creative sequencing harmonising breath with movement, pranayama (breathing exercises) some restorative postures to nourish and energise the body and an introduction to meditation. Beginners welcome.

Inspired by how much yoga has changed and shaped her own life, Laura is passionate about helping others access its many benefits to create stronger, healthier bodies, improved focus and a renewed sense of purpose. Her teaching is intuitive and nurturing, offering an opportunity to explore connection; when we harmonise breath with movement, our bodies find fluidity and grace, this state of being creates space for a deeper connection to ourselves and to everything around us. Laura’s classes are playful, creative, delicately balancing effort with ease and influenced by her wide experience practicing with highly regarded and inspirational teachers over the past 17 years.

Laura’s practise began at university, but it wasn’t until she travelled to India after six years in the corporate world that she completed her first training in Hatha yoga in 2012. Laura has gone on to study many styles of yoga, deepening her knowledge and training in elemental yoga therapy, vinyasa flow, paddle board yoga, pregnancy yoga, yoga and mindfulness for children, as well as moving into holistic therapies and qualifying as a macrobiotic consultant and reiki practitioner. Laura is committed to developing her personal practice, regularly attending training’s and workshops so that she can continue to share her love of yoga with joy and enthusiasm.
