Free taster session for mummy and toddler yoga

For mother and child (8 month to 3 years old) with Laura McBride

Laura is a strong believer in a holistic wellness approach and she combines teaching yoga and working as a macrobiotic chef and consultant. She has benn practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2012. Laura is passionate about sharing yoga with children and believes that incorporating yoga and mindfulness techniques into daily life from a young age helps children to express themselves with confidence, reduces anxiety and and develops strength and flexibility both in body and mind. Most importantly, yoga with little ones is great fun and also facilitates a beautiful connection between parents and children when practiced together. Laura will teach a mums and toddlers class on Thursday morning at 1030 which will also include some gentle yoga for mums and carers as well as lots of singing to introduce children to yoga and a lovely savasana for all.

As we are planning to have a regular course with Laura on Thursday, this week we invite everybody to try it for free. Please RSVP to by the end of Wednesday, November 1.
