We would like to invite all the local pregnant mums to meet each other over a cup of tea & biscuits as well as listen to Monika Friedman, a certified teacher for Vinyasa Flow and Pre/Post-Natal Yoga from Garuda . She will talk about:
- how to increase your energy and fitness,
- improve sleep
- as well as decrease pregnancy-related discomforts such as backaches and potential anxiety through gentle yoga postures, breathing and meditation.
