Time for sweet fluffy dreams: Sleep Talk with Emilie Caro, June 16th.

Is your baby or your toddler struggling to settle down into a night sleep?

Then, you should definitely join us at the Sleep talk with Emilie Caro on Thursday, June 16th, from 09:30 to 11:00. We've all been there and know just how difficult it is and how exhausting it can get. We will share experiences and listen to Emilie talk about her experiences with families and little ones.

She is going to tell us about her gentle sleep techniques and why each child is different and needs special care.  You will learn about sleep behaviour, dos and donts and get the chance to ask Emilie for a personalized sleep plan.

The goal of this talk is to help you identify the problems rooted in the everyday routine, deal with your kid’s sleep difficulties and hopefully find peace and quiet both for him and for yourself.

Emilie Caro is a certified children’s sleep consultant, member of the British Sleep Society and the International Association for Sleep Consultants. She has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology and is the happy mum of 3 boys.  She has a wide knowledge of sleeping techniques and offers personalized plans for families with kids aged 3 months to 6 years old.

I use a number of different gentle techniques to help little sleepers. I was trained by the Naturally Nurturing Sleep Clinic and I believe that gentle methods of improving children’s sleep are the best for both children and their parents.

Emilie has a very interesting perspective on sleep:

Parents can often assume sleeping is a developmental milestone that comes naturally, just like walking, but, in reality, healthy sleep habits are actually a learned skill. So just like reading and riding a bike, it is important for a parent to acknowledge and feel empowered to coach their children on how to independently and peacefully go to sleep and stay asleep.

Her approach is designed for parents who want their kids to sleep well but don’t want to leave them alone to cry until falling asleep. Are you one of these parents? Then, don’t miss this talk and sign up right now for £10 !

Babies and toddlers are welcome!

Sleep tight!
