3 House Club affirms its commitment to health and fitness by expanding its yoga and pilates programme, with some new classes and teachers. Here is our updated schedule:
Monday – 09:05-10:05 – Pilates
Tuesday – 11:30-12:30 – Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Wednesday – 09:05-10:05– Pilates
Sunday – 9:30-10:30 – Pregnancy Yoga
All classes are mixed ability, with emphasis on building cardiovascular fitness, physical strength, endurance, flexibility and balance through a dynamic practice.
Parents can benefit further by practising at 3 House Club by making use of the crèche service, so that you can sweat, stretch and relax while we look after your little one(s)! Please note however that you need not be a parent to take part: our classes are open to all.
£14 for a pay-as-you-go drop-in, or £60 for five classes.
