Choosing a pilates class
Pilates at 3 House Club is a mat work class for a group of 8-10 students so you have a lot of attention from the teacher to get more out of the class. The classes are on Monday and Wednesday from 9:05 to 9:55 which works well if you have to drop in your child at a local school. Also if you have a younger child you can arrange for the crèche service (24 hours advance booking is required).
